Hi, just stumbled upon your website when I almost finalized a latex mattress to buy. I am a very skeptical buyer and research a lot before buying anything. Your product looks good to me (both quality and price) at first glance. But I became little skeptical when I dug deeper. Your warranty policy is not as comprehensive as it should be, especially when you claim that you have used highest quality materials (yes, i went through all the certifications you have) in your product. You are offering only a part of the money paid (and that too in the form of credit vouchers or "anything else", which again would be of no use as I doubt someone would buy something again from you once he has faced quality issues), depending upon the time elapsed, if there is any quality issues, whereas, most brands offer to replace the mattress. Now, coming to "anything else", you'll agree that it is a very vague term, and should not be in the warranty policy of a company which aspire to provide quality products to its customers. There is also an option of repair, which according to my limited knowledge, is useless as I fail to understand how could a mattress which is made up of a single piece of latex foam can be repaired (do tell me if I am wrong here). I intention of writing these comments (yes, I intend to write more on different sections of your FAQs) is not to discourage a start-up like you but to remove my skepticism about your products, as I am planning to buy one.

Thank you for the comment. We appreciate constructive criticism.

Our warranty is more customer friendly than some of the most renowned companies in the world -

    2. http://www.sealy.com/contact-us/matt...nty%20Schedule

The reason why we chose to publish the warranty policies of the USA based companies is because as on date the warranty policies of other mattress brands are not available online. If you actually bother to get the warranty policies, you will shocked to see the transparency or the lack of it.

You would notice that our policy is simpler and more customer friendly. I am sure you have done research on other company policies. Please share them here so that I can understand where you are coming from. You would notice that no companies gives a complete mattress replacement.

The warranty policies is drafted by a legal team. I understand that they are not the most consumer friendly documents. However, I think the gist of our policy is amply clear from the document. I do not think our legal team will change the wording :(

It is actually good that you are asking these questions. Please continue to write about other policies in the forum and we will respond in the same place.

I think other customers will have similar questions as well.

Hi Varun, I agree with you that the warranty policy of the most Indian companies are not available online. However, I was promised a complete mattress replacement by a springfit dealer (the other brand I am considering apart from yours), but, the warranty provided by them is lesser (6 years on the 6 inch latex mattress) than what you provide. But, as a skeptical buyer, I am currently in the process of confirming it with the company (wrote an e-mail as the toll-free free number provided in their website is not working). I will update you as soon as/if I get a reply from them.

Hi Varun, as expected (by both you and me), Springfit didn't respond to my queries so I went ahead and ordered from you. Although I am still skeptical (can't help!) about buying a product which I have not seen or tested, but I hope it matches my high expectations (you are to blame for getting them so high).

    Cheers.
