We offer 100% refund if you are not happy with your purchase within 100 Nights from the date the mattress/accessory was delivered to you.
We want this to be a fair deal and do not want the trial to be misused. The exception to the policy is if and when the mattress/accessory is not returned in the same condition that it was delivered in. For example: If there are stains or damages or tampering with the products in any form, then we are unable to accept the products back. We hope it is a fair ask to expect that we get the products back in the condition that it was delivered to you in.
Please also make sure that the original invoice is given back to us when you are claiming a refund under the 100 Nights Trial.
The deal is simple: If you do not like the product, please give the product back in undamaged condition and we will refund 100% of the amount. Please note that there are no partial refunds under any circumstances. We either give a 100% refund or no refund at all (in case the mattress/accessory is damaged, stained or tampered with or if the original invoice is not returned back). Hope this is a fair ask!
To summarise to be eligible for a refund, please keep the following in mind-
- Please take care of the mattress/accessory - no stains or damages
- Please ensure that the original invoice is retained. Not the scan copy or email printout.
- Refund request is sent to us through email (email@example.com) within 100 Nights of receiving the mattress/accessory
We recommend that you read all the articles that are part of the 100 Nights Trial program to understand the policy in detail. Please note that accessories (pillows, toppers or protectors) that are purchased under any promotional offers such as referral or any other offer are not eligible for returns under 100 nights trial.
