All accessories, once sold cannot be taken for a refund or an exchange under any circumstances. This applies to all products, whether they have been opened or used or not.
However, we are committed to ensuring that you get a correct and defect free product. So, the only exception is when an incorrect product has been delivered or when the product is damaged in transit. If this is the case, please send us an email with clear pictures of the damage/details, with in 48 hours of delivery, so that we can take appropriate action. Please note that once the product has been used, we are unable to replace, exchange or refund in no circumstances.
