Here's how we make the refunds -
If you paid for your purchase online (using a card, net banking etc.,) through our website, we will try to refund the money to your account directly. In case, we are not able to refund the amount to your card directly, for any reason (in most cases, refunding amount to the card after settlement has taken place is not allowed), we will issue a cheque or transfer the money to your account via a NEFT/RTGS transfer.
In case, you paid in cash for your order, we will refund your money in the form of a cheque or NEFT/RTGS only. As a company, we will not be able to refund in the form of cash because of accounting restrictions.
Please note that any refunds will be in INR only.
In all the cases, you will receive the refund from our end, with in 7-10 working days (maximum) after we accept your refund request.
